Scheduling Family Law Services
Family Law Services Cannot Be Self-Scheduled Online
Because many family law services require a court appointment, an Order of Referral, a conflict check, or a review of the requested professional role before services can begin, appointments for family law matters are not available through the general online scheduling system.
If you have been referred or appointed for a Social Investigation, Guardian ad Litem, or Parenting Coordination matter, please contact the office for instructions regarding next steps and scheduling.
If you are interested in Family Mediation or Forensic Family Law Consultation, please contact the office by email with a brief description of the service you are seeking. We will respond with information about availability and how to get started.
Please do not include confidential, sensitive, or detailed case information in your initial email.
For Families & Individuals
If you are navigating a family law matter, the first step is to determine which professional role fits the problem that needs to be addressed. Explore the Family Law Intervention Guide to compare available services, or contact the office regarding Family Mediation or an existing court referral or appointment.
For Attorneys & Courts
If you are considering a Social Investigation, Guardian ad Litem, Parenting Coordination, Family Mediation, or Forensic Consultation, review available services, service areas, fees, preferred Order language, and referral information, or contact the office to discuss the needs of a specific matter and current availability.Â
